WELLBEING MORNINGS

***on hold for now due to COVID-19 as at May 2020

Once a month Tiff offers a FREE Wellbeing Morning to the local community at sunrise. The purpose of the event is to create physical and mental health awareness and support.

The morning includes:

  • Simple breathing and meditation techniques

  • Beginner yoga exercises for anxiety and stress relief

  • Healthy recipe (to take away)

  • A healthy raw vegan treat home made by Tiff

Suitable for ages 10 and above and all fitness levels.
