WELLBEING MORNINGS

Once a month Tiff offers a FREE Wellbeing Morning to the local community at sunrise. The purpose of the event is to create physical and mental health awareness and support.
The morning includes:
Simple breathing and meditation techniques
Beginner yoga exercises for anxiety and stress relief
Healthy recipe (to take away)
A healthy raw vegan treat home made by Tiff
Suitable for ages 10 and above and all fitness levels.
