The workshop runs over four days (start dates below). My intention behind this is so that you have time to learn and implement the strategies I will teach you over the four days. Rather than overwhelming you with loads of information in a one-hour workshop, the information will be provided to you in snippets over a four-day period.

What’s included:

Short videos - Each day you will have access to short videos with education and I will walk you through strategies to implement. You can choose to attend the video sessions live or you can watch the replays at a time that suits you.

Education resources - Worksheets and resources will be provided to assist you with reflecting and implementing the information provided.

Journal prompts for self-reflection - Bonus activities for those that want to dive a little deeper

Commonly asked questions:

1. What if I can’t attend the live sessions? I encourage you to attend the live sessions if able, however I understand every one lives in different time zones and has different commitments. All live videos will be available for replay (as long as you are signed up for the workshop) so that you can watch them at a time that suits you. I encourage you to still schedule in time in your diary to watch the videos each day of the workshop so that you can move through the education and strategies with the group.

2. Where do I get access to the videos? Each day I will be conducting one live video on Instagram (times as per above) @the.wellbeingmovement. This will be saved as an IGTV video and released on my Instagram feed after the live is completed. It will therefore be available for replay on my Instagram feed each day.

3. Where will I get access to the resources? All resources including the links to the video replays will be emailed to you as long as you are signed up for the workshop.
